Why work with me?
There are three guiding principles that distinguish me from my colleagues:
Customer Centricity
Whether it’s an external client or an internal client (sales, executive leadership, product management), I will not rest until I know my clients are delighted. I measure myself through the eyes of my clients and ensure I am consistently seeking feedback to increase their level of satisfaction.
Measured Results
We are now living in an exciting time as marketers – we have access to metrics and measurement that our predecessors never had. Because of this innovation, our generation is in a unique position to measure virtually all of our marketing activities.
As a marketing leader, I pride myself on leveraging all tools that are at our disposal - whether the systems and processes currently exist or whether we need to design our own measurements (as I did during my time at Global Knowledge).
Integrity-Based Leadership
Vulnerable, accessible, transparent and authentic are words often used by others in describing my leadership style. Throughout my 20+ years as a marketing leader, I have had the privilege of nurturing and mentoring a wide range of marketing talent. My proudest moments as a marketer have come from the growth and achievement that my team members have realized through my guidance and support. I consider myself a dedicated and compassionate leader – and I strive to treat my team members and associates in the same way that I seek to be treated – with integrity. I say what I mean and mean what I say!
